Refund policy

Before taking any action, contact us with a description of your issue and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Have been purchased at regular price
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within seven business days of receiving the item. Original outbound shipping costs are not included in the refund.

If rejected, you will incur the cost of return shipping for your items.

Missing Refunds

Refunds may take one full billing cycle to appear on your statement. If that time has passed and you have not received your refund, contact us.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

Notifying Us

To withdraw, notify us before the 30-day period expires by:

  • Contacting us via our contact form with a clear statement of your intention to withdraw, or
  • Completing the Model Withdrawal Form at the bottom of this page and contacting us directly

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received for the returned item, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return. Reimbursement will be made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may hold the refund until the item has been received or until proof of return shipment is provided.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene or spoilage
  • Goods made to your specifications, and communicated prior as customized work
