Returns

If you intend to return an item, please contact us with your issue, as well as a copy of your receipt or purchase order first before taking any other action.

Requirements

In order to be eligible to return an item, ensure that your item:

  • Is unused and of the same condition that you received it;
  • Was purchased as a regular priced item;
  • Is being returned no later than 30 days after its delivery to you.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable even if approved.

If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item, and if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business days of receiving your item.

If rejected, then your item will be returned to you. You will not incur the cost of return shipping.

Missing Refunds

Refunds can take time to be posted to your credit card statement. We work as quick as we can, but please allow one billing cycle to pass before contacting us over missing refund charges.

If one billing cycle has passed and you have not received a refund, contact us as soon as possible.
